Hello fellow book nerds!

I am so excited to participate in this blog tour hosted by Blackthorn Book Tours. This was such an interesting anthology and I loved it.

This review will be set up a little differently than my others just because it wasn’t a novel so I can’t construct my opinions as I usually do. But I hope you enjoy it!

Happy Reading!

Feedback

I really enjoyed this anthology. Honestly, I don’t do too many anthologies and it’s just because I like to read full length novels instead of a bunch of short stories. But this started off really interesting straight away. I loved the first story and it really set the mood for all the rest. The shorter ones were not my favorite but they still held interest. Personally, it’s just hard to get into a story when it is just two pages long. The longer ones though I really got into. Each one was interesting and I would have loved a fuller length story behind each one. Again, it was such a strong start with Nightmare Asylum but then other stories like Cry Baby or Soulmate kept the interest there. And each story was written so well. I absolutely loved the way this was written. From the very beginning I knew that each story was going to be unique and very well written. Overall, this was a fantastic read and it is something I highly recommend. If you are looking for horror or just some creepy reads, this is definitely an anthology for you. Especially if you can’t decide on a story to read and you need something nice and short to get you back into it.
